The spending power of a person will determine whether he will be able to see the movie. If someone can not afford to pay for a cinema ticket to watch the film then they will not be able to watch the movie. On the other hand today it is possible to get all the movies off the internet so no money are required for that. So people who can't afford a cinema ticket can just watch it on the internet.
