Ride along is an action comedy that is classified as 12 by the BBFC for the violence present and the bad language which can be classified as offensive material.
There are several scenes where violence is present. The main character is often very rough when asking something from the suspects. There is a scene which includes a lot of shooting and explosions that can influence children in a bad way and encourage them to shoot guns.
